Virginia's 10th District Rep. Barbara Comstock says that Metro "safety and reliability" needs to be restored "in a cost efficient and a responsible manner." With the news that Metro may need to shut down on some lines for up to 6 months for the maintenance necessary for public safety, Rep. Comstock made the following statement to Patch:
